Barry Tennens – Director

With over 10 years of experience in residential property lettings, Barry knows Bury St. Edmunds and the surrounding area extremely well. He has a strong professional network within the local community which is a great benefit to both landlords and tenants.

Ella Nunn (MARLA) – Lettings Manager

Ella works full-time as our lettings manager, processing all properties from advertising, applications, referencing through to tenancy agreements.  Ella is an ARLA EMP member. She is based in our office and is available through the office phone 01284 754950 option 1 or email [email protected]

Megan Stannard – Senior Lettings Administrator

Megan works full-time as our senior lettings administrator. Her days are spent processing lettings properties from advertising, applications and referencing through to tenancy agreements and working closely with our Sales Manager assisting with sales administration, arranging viewings and advertising. Flo Burns – Lettings Administrator

Flo works full-time in our Lettings team as our Lettings Administrator. She works closely with Barry responding to initial enquiries and booking viewings and is typically an applicant’s first contact on their journey to let a property! She also seamlessly organises the set-up of utilities for our managed properties. Sarah Jones – Property Manager

Sarah has worked in admin within facilities management, social housing and property management for many years. Sarah is now efficiently managing our whole portfolio of managed properties. Sarah is part-time and currently works remotely and is available through the office phone 01284 754950 option 3 or email [email protected]

Michaela Pearson – Property Management Supervisor

Michaela works full-time within Property Management assisting in managing our whole portfolio of managed properties.  Michaela has many years of experience in customer focused roles and is an excellent addition to the team. Amy McGeary – Property Administrator

Amy works full-time within Property Management dividing her time between assisting in the management of our whole portfolio of managed properties and visiting properties for periodic inspections.  Amy also produces and distributes the inspection reports to the landlord and tenant.  Amy has excellent customer service and is a valued addition to the team.  Amy is office based and is available through the office phone 01284 754950 option 3 or email [email protected]

Liz Westley – Sales Manager

Liz works in the office full time and is responsible for the Sales side of the business from start to finish, from valuation to completion. She has years of sales experience and a wealth of knowledge. Liz is available through the office phone 01284 754950 Option 2 or email [email protected]

Marta Weston – Accounts and Office Manager

Marta has worked for Tennens for a number of years, and is currently responsible for our accounts, handling rent payments, looking after the ledgers and generally keeping everything to do with money running smoothly.
