- Cancellation charge, tenancy not started. Once marketing has begun and prior to the arranging of a tenancy, if the agreement is cancelled for any other reason than the property being let by another Agent, an administration charge of £120 inc vat is payable.
- Cancellation charge, property under application. Should the property be under application there would be a further fee equal to that of the prospective tenant(s) application fee (one weeks’ worth of rent) as we would have to fully reimburse these fees to the prospective tenants.
- Cancellation charge, tenant in situ. During the period of a tenancy, we would require 2 months written notice and a set charge of £720 inc vat to cancel the agreement.
